It’s In You
Aware Sciences’ bracelet is a comprehensive assessment tool to monitor hydration status in older people or people with cognitive issues. Our device estimates the Total Body Water of a user by running extremely low and non-invasive levels of electrical signals through the body.

Easy Does It
Dehydration is a common condition among older people. This fluid disorder can lead to increased disability, longer hospital stays, and death. Early recognition of dehydration is important. This may be difficult because the classic signs of dehydration may be absent or misleading in older people. Health professionals can assess water-loss dehydration by taking a blood sample and measuring serum osmolality, but a less-invasive and timely method is needed.
Our multifrequency bioelectrical impedance analyzer provides users with a quick, non-invasive, and convenient hydration measurement by only using one finger.
The wearer inputs their information and parameters to set a base line. The screen on the bracelet lights up and lets the wearer know their hydration level and how much fluid is needed to bring them back to normal hydration levels. The machine learning is constantly refining the base line to get more accurate readings.
